To ensure I can provide the time and attention every couple deserves, I intentionally maintain a limited number of couples on my caseload.
Relationship and Couples Therapy
While individual therapy is the primary focus of my practice, I also work with a small number of couples who are committed to building healthier, stronger, and more intentional relationships.
Not every couple comes to therapy because they're on the verge of separation.
Some come because they want to communicate better.
Some are preparing for marriage or adjusting to becoming parents.
Others simply want to understand each other more deeply and build the kind of relationship they never had modeled for them.
Whether you're working through a difficult season or investing in an already healthy relationship, therapy can help you strengthen your connection, break unhealthy patterns, and build the relationship you want—not just the one you've fallen into.
Every relationship develops patterns.
Some bring us closer. Others leave us feeling unheard, disconnected, or stuck having the same argument over and over again. Most of the time, the conflict isn't just about what's happening today. It's influenced by each person's life experiences, attachment patterns, communication styles, and the beliefs they developed long before they met one another.
That's where we start.
Together, we'll slow those moments down, connect the dots, and understand what's really happening beneath the surface. Instead of focusing on who's right or wrong, we'll work to understand why those patterns developed, what purpose they've been serving, and how to create healthier ways of communicating, connecting, and supporting one another.
Whether you're navigating communication difficulties, rebuilding trust after betrayal, preparing for marriage, adjusting to parenthood, struggling with intimacy, or simply feeling disconnected, we'll use practical, evidence-based approaches tailored to your relationship—not a one-size-fits-all formula.
My goal isn't simply to help you argue less.
It's to help you understand each other more.
Because when understanding grows, healthier communication, stronger boundaries, deeper connection, and lasting change often follow naturally.
Healthy relationships don't happen by accident. They happen when two people are willing to understand themselves as deeply as they're trying to understand each other.
